  • Assist the National Sales & Education Director with calendar, T&E tracking and other administrative duties including processing invoices and expense reports.
  • Coordinate the Education department master calendar for all initiatives.
  • Weekly approval of selling specialists hours.
  • Clear and effective email communication and follow up with the field team in a timely manner.
  • Ensure the quality of all sales reports (planning, execution, analysis, sharing of results, evaluation of research…)
  • Provide analysis of new products and for Top 15 doors core products focus and materials launch performance
  • Support analysis of the region’s business and collaborate to build strategic action plans to impact sales
  • Evaluate practices, explore and implement new ways to maximize efficiency and time

BUDGET:

  • In collaboration with Accounts Payable and leveraging the invoice coding system, track all invoice payment for the Sales & Education department
  • In collaboration with the National Sales & Education Director, track and follow up on all invoice coding to the respective budget.

RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT:

  • Foster respect and support within the Education Department, corporate office, brand partners, external vendors, agencies, contractors and consultants
  • Exhibit excellent interpersonal communication skills, adaptability, efficiency and effective time management

  • Source and negotiate with outside vendors for various activations

PROJECT MANAGEMENT:

  • Handle all ordering, shipping and tracking of pre-series and gratis orders
  • Research and source venues, catering and other details for trainings, projects, presentations, models, collateral & products set up.
  • Assorted administrative duties to support meetings, conferences and team travel in the Sales & Education department.

TOOL DEVELOPMENT AND INVENTORY:

  • Organize and coordinate storage and delivery of inventory for materials, equipment, collateral, product, pre-series, gratis
  • Keep training room inventory current, (Ordering, sorting, packing, shipping and organizing)

Requirements

  • Two or more years’ experience in administration and production
  • Personality fit with the brand, its DNA, style and spirit
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Knowledge of retail and makeup artistry skills a plus
  • Team Player & Adaptable to Change
  • Good Analytical Skills
  • Positive Attitude & Desire to Learn
