Sales and Marketing Assistant- Full Time Permanent

Location: (Midtown Toronto) In Office (No work from home flexibility)

Compensation:

• 45K to 52K base salary plus small bonus
• Full company paid benefits after 3 months and free meals while working

Hours of Work: 10am to 6pm or 11am to 7pm.
Must work 2 weekends per month

About the role:

• 50% Inside Sales and 50% Marketing.
• Support showings and tours for sales team while focusing on digital marketing for the business.
• Hosting tours, scheduling move-ins and assisting new residents

• Excellent communication skills in English (Verbal and Written)
• Enthusiastic and Friendly Personality with Professional Presentation
• Someone with fresh eyes and creative vision to take Marketing strategy to the next level.

*Experience with Social Media and Digital Marketing ideas.

• Virtual marketing events, utilizing the website, go live on social media accounts etc.

*Adobe Design Suite

• 1-2 years’ experience in Marketing
• Industry experience in Boutique Hotels, Long Term Care or Retirement Homes
• Sales experience not required. The business has a long and patient sales cycle where the candidate will be selling the lifestyle, giving tours, coordinating move in process and does not have to meet sales targets.
