Sales Coordinator

Shift: Days
Salary: $60k with great benefits
Our client in automotive parts manufacturer is hiring for a Sales Coordinator to join their team in a permanent / full-time capacity in their location in Brampton, ON.
Responsibilities:
- Administer and manage RFQ’s, quotes, program binders and files
- Review customer RFQ packages and prepare on time and detailed quote response packages
- Review contracts and resolve financial issues
- Maintain company databases for Capacity, GSC, and other software requirements
- Maintain customer financial/quotation databases
- Generate Quote Capital and review with Manager
- Maintain customer computer system for the assigned Customer(s)
- Maintain and update Service Parts System: quotations, purchase orders, engineering level changes
- Generate Purchase Order pricing information to Accounting monthly
- Perform all job functions in a safe and healthful manner, abiding by all health, safety and environmental rules and regulations, promoting safety in the workplace
- Comply with the requirements of C-TPAT/PIP
- Conduct business in an ethical manner in compliance with the Company’s Code of Conduct
- Report all accidents/incidents and unsafe conditions/behavior
- Adhere to applicable quality systems and TS16949 standards
- Adhere to and promote the Employee Charter and work within the rules, regulations and guidelines of the Employee Handbook
- Participate in and support Continuous Improvement initiatives
- Maintain work area in accordance with the principles of 5S and operate daily within these standards
- Ensure work area is kept neat and organized
Qualification:
- Minimum completion of college diploma in Business Administration, Engineering or equi
