Job description: Position: Sales Coordinator
Location: LaSalle (this position will report to the office daily and is not remote)
Salary: Up to $42K per year depending on experience

Our client located in LaSalle is looking for a full-time Sales Coordinator for a permanent role to commence as soon as possible. The ideal candidate is bilingual and can work with both sales team and clients to ensure orders are placed.

Requirements:

– 2+ years of experience in a similar role
– Bilingualism
– Ideally from manufacturing or distribution
– Understanding of roofing, flooring, construction, renovations, or installations an asset

Responsibilities:

– Work with sales teams by taking calls and responding to questions regarding products and services offered by the organization
– Place orders for new products or services and entering information in the system in a timely manner
– Monitor inventory levels and availability of employees for new jobs
– Maintain client’s records
– Follow up to ensure products or services were delivered on time
– Resolve problems as needed in accordance with company policies and agreement with clients
– Maintain excellent standard for service and work with sales team to meet department objectives
