Vancouver E-commerce Company is hiring for a full time Sales/Customer Service Associate to join their growing team! This is a full time permanent role.

Pay rate: $18-20/hr

Responsibilities:

** Provide front line sales and customer service support
** Answer and manage incoming sales and customer service calls
** Assist customers over the phone and via email/chat with any concerns they have and resolve any issues in a timely manner
** Assist customers with online website and ordering information
** Process orders and follow up with customers to maintain and build lasting relationships
** Conduct outreach sales calls to introduce products to industry buyers and secure new accounts
** Follow up on inbound sales calls to assist customers in placing their orders
** Support the customer service department when needed

Skills, Knowledge and Abilities Required:

** Excellent customer service skills and ability to work as part of a team
** Direct sales experience, customer service experience is an asset
** Positive attitude and willingness to learn
** Ability to multi-task and stay organized
** Good time management skills with excellent work ethic
** Must have strong communication skills
** Strong computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Suite
