Job title: Sales Representative

Job description: Simply Group is looking for entrepreneurial and self-driven individuals to assist in the successful development of a national program. This is part of a new partnership with a National Retail chain (apply to find out).

Reporting to our SVP and VP of Sales- Sales Representatives will receive pre-arranged, qualified leads which have been generated at various retail locations. Sales Representatives will spend time conducting in-home consultations with perspective clients, educating on the most relevant, sustainable home upgrade programs we have to offer.

  • Our rigorous training program will allow true Sales Professionals to conduct a consultative sales presentation and complete a technical sale in the home. The average representative conducts 12 leads per week with a closing percentage of 25%, earning 12% of top-line revenue on all equipment sold and installed.

Responsibilities:

  • Schedule leads with prospective clients and capitalize on valuable business opportunities to bring in new company revenue and improve bottom line profit, in addition to acting on warm leads provided by our retail partner.
  • Make scheduled in-home visits to pre-qualified, interested leads.
  • Apply consultative sales strategy to assess client needs and propose turnkey solutions to align with business objectives.
  • Maintain client satisfaction ratings by offering proactive resolution ideas while driving actionable responses to questions, concerns, or challenges.
  • Maintain productive relationships with customers through exceptional follow-up after sales while generating a referral base.

Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

  • 2-5 years’ experience in Sales (preferred)
  • Ability to work and act independently using good judgement when assessing difficult situations.
  • Self-motivated with an intense hunger for results supported by a demonstrated track record of revenue attainment.
  • Strong negotiation and relationship building abilities.
  • A high sense of self-awareness with the ability to adapt and connect with new prospects in their environment.
  • Highly disciplined, with excellent time management & organizational skills.
  • Basic knowledge on how to use smartphones and tablets.
  • Driver’s License, and access to personal vehicle or reliable transportation.
