Job Description:

As a Sales Support Administrator for Assisted Advice your work will directly contribute to our mission of helping clients achieve lifetime financial security and live healthier lives. Reporting to the Manager, Insurance & Wealth Consulting you will fulfil a broad spectrum of support functions aimed at enhancing the operational effectiveness of the Assisted Advice Team

What will you do?
Manage the team email inbox and triage work items
Set-up ongoing policy triggered campaigns
Run Client Activation monthly activity report to find upcoming opportunities
Set-up and maintain campaigns in salesforce
Campaign administration; assign leads to advisors in the pilot by filling the appointments calendar
Manage stationary and equipment requirements
Management of physical client files: Filing and managing the flow of physical files coming from inventory
Monitor Team voicemail box
Prepare for mailing (ie welcome letters)
Support setting up Salesforce Campaigns (tasks, opportunities, campaigns)
Run Adhoc reporting from salesforce
Act as ‘process finder’ – dig into more obscure process questions by searching ABC, or reaching out to business partners, (ie CCc, dealer, new biz); document findings and educate team
What do you need to succeed?
Strong working knowledge of regulatory environment in which SLFD operates
Strong client relationship skills and a client centric mindset
Ability to multitask, prioritize and work in a fast-paced, demanding and constantly changing environment
Presentation and facilitation skills with the demonstrated ability to learn and create an atmosphere to motivate others to learn
Strong influence and communication skills (written and oral)
Ability to work in a matrix environment
Committed to ongoing personal and professional development
Excellent PC skills (Windows Operating System, Microsoft Office, Salesforce)
Ability to work independently and with all members of the FC team
Knowledge of FC environment and processes
Understanding of the Advisor and manager role
Education, Licensing and Accreditation:
University degree with 3-6 years of experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience; Degree or college diploma is preferred
Experience includes coaching, leading, and influencing teams, previous experience in financial services, and relationship management
Bilingual as required
Additional Requirements:
Travel may be required

The Base Pay range is for the primary location for which the job is posted. It may vary depending on the work location of the successful candidate or other factors. In addition to Base Pay, eligible Sun Life employees participate in various incentive plans, payment under which is discretionary and subject to individual and company performance. Certain sales focused roles have sales incentive plans based on individual or group sales results.
