KSG is a fast-paced, growing, multinational marketing company looking to add a Retail Sales Team Lead to our team in Calgary.

Your Role:

• Lead and motivate a team to achieve results
• Engaging with customers in the retail store regarding a telecom service
• Work to gain an understanding of the customer’s needs
• Convey the features and benefits of the service to customers
• Establish a positive relationship with store employees
• Required to travel between Costco store locations in the Region (gas allowance is provided)

• $18/hour plus commissions on your sales and overrides on your Sales Representatives’ sales (bi-weekly pay cycle)
