The City of Weyburn is offering an opportunity to work at City Hall in the Finance Department as a Seasonal Finance Clerk. As we continue to grow and prosper as a community, we seek a motivated and innovative employee to join our team!

Responsibilities:
-Serve as general receptionist for City Hall by answering phones, receive and direct front counter inquiries;
-Accept and receipt; tax, utility and other revenue transactions;
-Receipting of City operations transactions, reconciling cash and revenues received from other City Departments;
-Manages and directs correspondence information by retrieving, sorting, opening, dating, processing and receipting mail and other documents received;
-Assist with duties in the Finance Department;
-Perform other related duties as required.

Minimum Qualifications:
-Must have computer software application knowledge with high keyboarding efficiency;
-Must have computer software experience with Microsoft Office;
-Well organized and able to prioritize tasks;
-Team player with excellent communication and customer service skills;
