What will your typical day look like?
In this role, you will work as part of the Class Action Administration team to oversee the administration of class action claim settlements including many Indigenous matters. You will be responsible for all aspects of administration planning, communications with counsel and claimants, supervising large teams, set-up, and implementation, including customization of claims administration technology platforms, as well as supplier and sub-contractor relationship management. You will also perform quality reviews on claim intake and adjudication, and manage reporting and communication with claimants and parties to the agreements
About the team
Class Action Administration Services is a growing practice of Financial Advisory practitioners who specialize in the Administration of Class Action Settlements for small, medium, and large-scale class actions in matters pertaining to both the private and public sectors. The practice has developed technology solutions that provide class action claims processing, management, and administration services, tailored to each class action as well as the relevant needs of stakeholders.
Our Class Action Services team offers guidance to litigators, corporate counsel and the judiciary by providing multidisciplinary expertise through every stage of the class action lifecycle, from the earliest identification of a potential lawsuit through to court judgment and the administration of the negotiated settlement.

You are someone with:
- Excellent organizational, verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment, often managing several on-going projects and teams at the same time under tight deadlines
- Demonstrated success and extensive experience in in a Team Lead role
- Undergraduate degree in a related field such as legal, finance, accounting, economics or general business and/or Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA)
- Minimum 2-5 years relevant work experience in claims administration or attest functions
- Bilingual (French/English) is an asset
- Indigenous background and/or Indigenous client experience an asset
- Excellent command of Microsoft Office, including strong skills in Microsoft Excel
