Job Details:

• Experience on quarterly Exadata Oracle full stack patching or Cloud at customer patching.
• Exadata Compute / Storage Cells administration.
• Install/Upgrade/Patch Oracle Linux.
• Linux Kernel/OS administration, LVM creation and management.
• Linux scripting skills (Bash, PowerShell or Python) for task automation, system monitoring, general system health enhancements.
• Experience in managing ZDLRA and troubleshooting ZDLRA issues.
• Good implementation and support knowledge on Oracle Cloud (Exacc and compute classic).
• Knowledge on provisioning and optimization of VMs on public and private cloud.
• Knowledge on storage, network, backup, security configuration and block storage.
• Knowledge on installation/build and maintenance of OEM 13c (Active-Active configuration) with MAA.
• Good knowledge on Goldengate setup, configuration and troubleshooting.
• Coordination with Oracle Support to effectively drive SR Resolutions related to Hardware Maintenance and component failures, including coordinating any Hardware replacements identified by Oracle’s ASR process.
• Good Knowledge on Oracle Database Architecture.
• Strong conceptual understanding of Oracle Internals.
• Strong knowledge and experience on Oracle 11g, 12c and 19c Administration.
• Strong understanding of RAC Internals and troubleshooting scenarios.
• Strong knowledge on Backup/restore/recovery/Cloning using RMAN and other methods.
• Setting up and maintaining Data guard with MAA.
• Strong knowledge of Oracle Database Tuning and generation/analysis using AWR/ADDM reports.
• Strong knowledge on database refresh/cloning.
• Should be well versed with installation, creation, database upgrade and migration across datacentres.
• Knowledge and setting up of Oracle TDE encryption.
• Well versed with Database migration from one platform to another.
• Good understanding of ITIL methodologies for change, incident and problem management.
• Perform root cause analysis for critical incidents and good troubleshooting skills.
• Good team player should be able to lead the team. Self-starter that takes initiative and ownership, thrives in ever-evolving environment.
