Job description: Do you have 5-10 years demonstrated sales experience in the multi-million dollar range?

Do you have building envelope sales experience Cladding, Curtain Wall, Window Wall, Rain Screen, etc.?

Do you have a good technical understanding of the construction process and the building envelope?

Responsibilities:

– Sell cladding system solutions based on solar cladding composite panels and railing glass

products for new and retrofit construction markets.

– Learn and apply product/application knowledge to develop solutions for customers.

– Call on architects, developers, building owners, engineers, consultants, specifiers, and Director/VP

level executives at large corporations.

– Achieve agreed-upon sales targets within the specified timeframes.

– Analyze vertical markets for new opportunities and potential growth.

– Find and cold-call new prospects.

– Cultivate existing database of prospects and clients for new business opportunities.

– Analyze customer and prospect needs to develop new product/value applications.

– Use customer relationship management [CRM] system to plan and keep track of all business

development and sales activity

– Provide periodic reports on sales, and other key performance indicators (KPIs)
