Your responsibilities

  • Receive, process and verify financial data via interface files;
  • Validate data and ensure quality loading of data into our pension administration system;
  • Perform and verify data entry;
  • Respond to client and participant requests and follow up appropriately;
  • Validations consistency data and certain results in context annual projects;
  • Implement and maintain the necessary regression tests;
  • Target the sources of a problem and propose concrete solutions;
  • Know the scope of deliverables and respect deadlines by managing and prioritizing activities;
  • Work in partnership with various internal stakeholders;
  • Implement and maintain various procedures;
  • Perform all other related tasks and accomplish specific mandates at the request of his immediate superior.

Core Qualifications

  • College education in administrative technology or equivalent;
  • Attention to detail;
  • Ability to work in a computer environment and have a good knowledge of Excel software;
  • Have good analytical skills, thoroughness and initiative;
  • Excellent spoken and written French; bilingualism an asset
  • Organizational skills and resourcefulness;
  • Good team spirit
