Your responsibilities
- Receive, process and verify financial data via interface files;
- Validate data and ensure quality loading of data into our pension administration system;
- Perform and verify data entry;
- Respond to client and participant requests and follow up appropriately;
- Validations consistency data and certain results in context annual projects;
- Implement and maintain the necessary regression tests;
- Target the sources of a problem and propose concrete solutions;
- Know the scope of deliverables and respect deadlines by managing and prioritizing activities;
- Work in partnership with various internal stakeholders;
- Implement and maintain various procedures;
- Perform all other related tasks and accomplish specific mandates at the request of his immediate superior.
Core Qualifications
- College education in administrative technology or equivalent;
- Attention to detail;
- Ability to work in a computer environment and have a good knowledge of Excel software;
- Have good analytical skills, thoroughness and initiative;
- Excellent spoken and written French; bilingualism an asset
- Organizational skills and resourcefulness;
- Good team spirit
