Job Description

What you’ll be doing

As an operations analyst you’ll be accountable for providing professional, timely and efficient operational support to the PWM US Region line of business. Handling transactions of a more complex and/or sensitive nature without direct supervision; timely and accurate capital and valuation update processing, support oversight of private fund valuations and facilitate annual audit and tax filing requirements.

How you’ll succeed

  • Analytical and Audit Capability – Review and analyze reports and data at the request of internal customers to control the quality of operations and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction. Ensure compliance with audit trails and compliance policies, procedures and guidelines to ensure the protection and confidentiality of personal information at all times.
  • Collaboration – Work closely with your team to provide an excellent client experience. Ensure that your team’s collective work meets quality standards, timelines and service level agreements.
  • Relationship Building – Listening, asking questions and understanding activities. Deepen your relationship with business partners relying on your knowledge of their team to provide expert advice. Use your professional network to present challenges to management in a constructive and effective way
