JOB SUMMARY

• The chief objective of this position:

• Sr. Operations Manager position for pediatric primary care and specialty care clinics. Duties include managing day-to-day operational management of outpatient clinics, improve patient access and operational management of processes.

Sr. Operations Manager is responsible for all aspects of the daily operation of pediatric clinics in the Children’s Pavilion, ensuring patient access, monitoring patient flow, improving the patient experience, performing financial reviews of the pediatric clinics and participates in the budget process.

• Licensure, Certification, or Registration Requirements for continued employment:

• CPR
• Experience REQUIRED:

• Seven years of relevant experience, preferably in an ambulatory setting.
• Two years supervisory experience.
• Experience PREFERRED

• Knowledge of ambulatory care and a background in clinic procedures.
• IDX and Cerner experience a plus.
• Experienced in process improvements and driving sustainable change
• Strong financial background
• Education/training REQUIRED:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Healthcare Administration, Nursing or related field or commensurate education and experience in lieu of a degree.
• Education/training PREFERRED:

• Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Health Care Administration, Nursing or related field.
• Nursing or other clinical training a plus.
• RN License highly preferred.
