TD Technology Delivery / Partner Management covers planning and delivery of functions or services within segment CIO groups and/or across Infrastructure Technology Solutions (ITS). While investing heavily in nurturing business, client and partner relationships for end-to-end delivery of technology solutions or services, these professionals also oversee and directly manage multiple specialized functional teams (e.g. Application Development, Solutions Designers, Business Systems Analysts, Support, Project Management etc.) and seamlessly manage ongoing infrastructure support and shared services to segment CIOs, business leaders and various TD stakeholders. Let’s not forget they communicate the technology organization’s overall book of work and manage stakeholder expectations. It’s a big and busy mandate.

Job Description
About This Role
We are looking for someone to build and maintain strong business relationships with assigned clients, internal partners, and provide direction and guidance on optimal technology solutions/services to meet business needs. The position generally manages a varied team of IT professionals and bridges the business and technology gaps, leverages resources across functional or specialized technology areas to ensure end-to-end delivery of agreed upon solutions or services within planned forecasts and cost estimates. You will support a significant business area, product group, enterprise platform, service or capability within a segment CIO or functional area.

Here’s some of what you may be asked to perform: As the Sr Manager Partner Management, your primary duties will include aligning multiple LOBs to leverage strategic technology investments, partnering with LOBs for annual and quarterly Business and Technology strategic roadmap updates, contribute to the annual planning process, and champion process improvements across the portfolio.
Individual will be responsible for developing and maintaining communications to LOBs on technology objectives, to include strategy updates. As well as providing quarterly metrics on performance and usage of LOB applications.
Individual will be responsible for ensuring all projects align to core objectives in the ITSS technology strategy, and providing quarterly reporting.
Individual will be responsible for hosting monthly meetings with LOB partners to provide an update on technology delivery, strategy updates, and future state goals.
You will be building and maintaining strong relationships with business and technology partners This role will typically work in partnership with project/program Delivery leads and will aid in supporting the technology team to meet commitments and delivery on the project/program objectives.

- A strong technology background, strong interpersonal skills, and strong communication skills are required for this position.
- A good understanding of the ITSS technology strategy is required. Familiarity with any of the LoB’s in the COLA portfolio is desirable.
- Readiness and motivation to direct and collaborate with large and diverse groups or project teams focused on complex development, system enhancements, new releases, large-scale applications, projects across multiple product lines, businesses, involving significant scope and complexity.
- Extensive knowledge and understanding of businesses and/or organizational practices and disciplines.
Advanced knowledge of external competition, industry and/or market trends. * Experience and natural affinity for providing operational team direction and working autonomously in a management role and can collaborate effectively with others to establish and execute on common goals.
- Undergraduate Degree or Technical Certificate.
- Consulting Experience is preferred.
- 7+ years relevant delivery experience.
