What You’ll Do
- Ensure on time and in full delivery of assigned clinical or commercial products through close collaboration with VPT members and the CMO
- Prevention and resolution of operational issues such as deviations, corrective and preventive actions, production delays etc
- Follow-up of change control timely implementation in line with regulatory and stock management constraints
- Follow up on financial aspects of CMO relationship (PO delivery, invoice payment, stock count etc)
- Monitor KPIs relevant for supply
- Participate or lead project teams for continuous improvement projects or other initiatives
- Represent external manufacturing in asset teams for clinical programs
Qualifications
Who You Are
You have gathered some experience (3-5 years) in manufacturing of parenteral products (fill/finish) and are interested in both technical and business aspects. You enjoy working in a cross-functional team and have demonstrated to have good communication and negotiation skills
Required Skills

- Experience in working in cross-functional matrix environment
- Proven project leadership skills
- Ability to quickly solve problems related to production, planning, logistics or quality of assigned products
- Understanding of supply chain requirements for biologics products
- Strong interest in technical aspects of biologics manufacturing

- Proficient in English, other languages are a plus
Additional Information
As part of a virtual plant team, this role will work closely with stakeholders within Biogen and at the assigned CMO to ensure continued supply for assign products or may lead a virtual plant team for a specific site within a CMO network. Virtual plant teams consist of SMEs from different functions including external manufacturing, quality, supply chain planning manufacturing sciences and are accountable to ensure supply of Biogen products to our patients. The scope includes being part project teams for continouse improvementse, life cycle management activities or tech transfers for clinical and commercial products and representation of external manufacturing in asset teams for clinical programs.
