Currently, we are seeking a full-time Summer Student to assist the Corporate office (finance, IT, HR) with data management & migration, virtual corporate file organization, management and general office support.
Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
- To demonstrate commitment to safety through a personal focus on safety and the integration of safety in every task
- Assist with migration of files/folders to SharePoint & One Drive
- Scanning and filing documentation of key corporate contracts, agreements, confidential payroll file (move to virtual environment), original external documentation (i.e. filings with exchange).
- Identify and box up historical files and send to off site storage (in anticipation of office move later in 2021)
- General office administration – managing mail, banking deposits, courier, office supplies
- Basic use of templates and formats
- Other tasks as assigned
Requirements
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and critical thinking skills
- Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Previous experience in an administrative role would be an asset
- High-level of professionalism within the workplace
- Proven outstanding organizational skills
- Collaborative team player who can work independently efficiently
