As of right now, all of our students are from China, aging from 4-12 years old. We offer 1:1, 1:2 and 1:4 group classes. Each class is 25 minutes. Classes will be scheduled from 18:00-22:00pm Beijing Time seven days a week. During summer and winter vacations, there will also be classes in the morning or afternoon Beijing Time every day. Teachers get to choose when they would like to teach, but we do prefer a minimum of 20 hours availability per week. Lesson plans for Major Courses will be provided, while teachers do need extra preparation for Free Talk Courses. The platform we use is called ClassIn. Trainings on how to use it will be provided after teachers sign the contract with us.

Requirements:

• Native English speaker, no strong accents
• Bachelor Degree; Bachelor of Education preferred
• Qualified home/ office location with a computer, a stable high-speed internet and a HD webcam
• Strong interaction/ communication skills with ESL students
• A minimum of six months ESL teaching experience; with ESL Teacher Training Certifications preferred
• Passionate about language education

Payment:

• CAD 22-26 per hour for two classes successfully taught
• The hourly rate will be determined based on candidates’ Demos
