Job description: The objective of the integration program is to gradually consolidate the activities of the capital and SSQ insurance while ensuring the balance between operational capacity, maintaining the level of service and strategic orientations. The integration program includes business, corporate as well as technological projects. This application for consultation services mainly concerns technological projects. These technological projects include some carrier projects such as the “Identity M365” site, which will bring together the users in a unified holder, “infonary” and “hosting” sites that will put the basics of the Beneva technology infrastructure. as well as the grouping of our IT processes and the modernization of our tool in the “GSTI” project. Several equally important projects will also be marked in office, networking, monitoring and videoconferencing.

General Requirements

Have a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science (or equivalence).
Possess three (3) years of relevant experience in the field
Good team spirit, Customer service, Skills to diagnose problems , good autonomy, mastery of the French and English language spoken and written.

Technological skills sought

KNOWLEDGE OF Technologies SCCM, Intunes, Autopilot, Jamf, Windows 10, Active Directory, M365
Experience in Managing Deployment Platforms (SCCM / Intunes / Autopilot / Jamf)
Experience in “Packaging”
Experience in equipment management (set of positions) and tool management (cellular, etc.), management messaging, printers …
Knowledge of Methodol Ogie Scrum and Kanban (asset)
