Job description: Equinox Marketing Services is an awards winning call centre located on Côte-de-Liesse in Montréal (QC). With more than 20 years of experience, the company is an industry leader in sales, telecommunication, and customer service. We are currently seeking Telephone Sales Agents who are preferably bilingual and full time available to work from home (yet in office for job interview, training, and first couple of weeks while working on the phone).

Responsibilities…

• Offering information, insight and recommendations on promotions and products.
• Assuring clients’ satisfaction.
• Understanding the products and maintaining a working knowledge of all products and services.
• Utilizing available tools and resources as designed to enhance efficiency on the call.
• Meeting specific performance standards, quality targets and sales goals.

Successful candidates are/have…

• Ability to communicate in perfect French and English with clarity.
• Available to work full time, Mondays through Fridays, 8 hours per day, in between 9 AM and 8 PM. Weekends are off!
• Experience in call centres/telephone jobs and/or sales.
• Stable, with at least 6 months of consecutive experience in any employment.
• Enthusiasm, a positive attitude, high energy, strong work ethic and attention to detail.
• Ability to meet personal and team goals. Tenacity and persistence to ‘go the extra mile’.
• Fast on the keyboard.
