Drivers average 2800 miles per week

• Enhanced load plans to maximize your miles
• On time home time is what we grade ourselves against
• Bulk of freight is East of I-35 However we go where the freight go
• Average length of haul is over 700 miles
• All shifts are empowered for your needs
• Top of the line 2020-2021 Fl trucks equipped w/APU 1500-watt inverter, refrigerator, tv mount

Hiring guidelines:

• Ability to travel the US without restrictions
• Can read and speak the English language well enough to do the job including reading traffic signs, complete forms and converse with enforcement officers
• No violations reported in the FMCSA drug and alcohol clearing house
• Current and valid class A CDL license (certain dedicated accounts require hazmat endorsement)
• Meet I-9 requirements
• Must have physical address P.O. box unacceptable
• Pass a DOT physical examination
• Pass a company road test
• Pass a DOT urine screen and a hair drug screen
• No violations reported in the FMCSA
• must have one year driving tractor/trailer combination

History guidelines:

• 12-24 months of experience no more than five jobs in the last three years
• 24 plus months of experience no more than seven jobs in the last three years

Pay summary:

• .49 CPM – .56 CPM depending on experience
