Job title: Water Distribution Supervisor
Job description: We are looking for a Water Distribution Supervisor who will be responsible for the operation and maintenance of the City’s water distribution system. As the Water Distribution Supervisor, you will be responsible for all compliance associated with health authority requirements for the utility’s water distribution system as it relates to Provincial drinking water regulations.
You have extensive knowledge of water supply and distribution systems including management, treatment and operations. You have an Engineering Diploma with several years of experience in water operations and at least 2 years of supervisory experience. You have thorough knowledge of water supply and distribution, mechanical and electrical knowledge and aptitude. The Environmental Operators Certification Program (EOCP) Level IV for water distribution and Level II for water treatment is considered an asset.
